I was immediately drawn to something classic for the Miners. The football team features glossy orange helmets with the UTEP logo and a classic triple stripe, paired with Colts-style shoulder striping on the jerseys, inspired by the pickaxe logo. Pants match the helmet stripes, and an alternate navy helmet with just the pickaxe is introduced. The hockey team keeps things simple with triple stripes on sleeves and hems, off-colored tie-down collars, and UTEP and pickaxe logos, with an alternate orange jersey and helmet. Baseball uniforms are classic with striped sleeves, button-down jerseys, and three hat styles; pants and socks are similarly striped. Basketball jerseys keep the classic look, with stripes around the arms, collar, and sides, along with block wordmarks and pickaxe logos on the waistband and shorts.
