In one of the more interesting changes, I dropped grey as a uniform color and elevated turquoise as a full time uniform color, just to give New Mexico something they could call their own and give them something unique, with pointed stripes unifying football, hockey, baseball, and basketball. The profile Lobo returns to football helmets, while hockey and baseball incorporate the full LOBOS logo and interlocking UNM, respectively. Basketball takes a unique approach with an asymmetrical stripe running from collar to shorts. Turquoise uniforms join the Nike N7 program, honoring Native American heritage across all sports.
